Zunyi, Guizhou — In the third quarter of 2025, RISINGGUITAR added CNC machining capacity at the factory that has produced OEM guitar and bass hardware since 1998.
The plant employs 260 people, including 36 technicians. Manufacturing remains under ISO 9001. We machine tuner housings, posts, bridge plates, saddles, and related metal parts on the same campus as die-casting, stamping, and electroplating, so OEM lots stay in one quality system from blank to plated finish.
The extra CNC time is meant to absorb sample-to-production work and custom hole patterns without pushing standard machine-head and bridge SKUs off the calendar. Incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final QC with batch traceability for export customers are unchanged.
We are not publishing a capacity-increase percentage or new machine model numbers in this article. Those figures need confirmation from the plant before they appear in a catalog or a sales quote. Buyers who need cell-level capacity for 2026 forecasts should ask sales for an updated allocation after that confirmation.
