Zunyi, Guizhou — In the first quarter of 2026, RISINGGUITAR moved the headless bridge series from preview samples into full production at the factory established in 1998.
The line is built for OEM headless guitars that need compact intonation adjustment, consistent string spacing, and the same plating options already used on our conventional bridges. Machining, die-casting, and electroplating stay in Zunyi with the rest of the hardware catalog. Two hundred sixty people work at the plant, including 36 technicians, under ISO 9001.
Full production means repeating lots against frozen drawings, not one-off show samples. Incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final QC apply the same way as on tuner and tremolo programs. Finish codes follow the existing swatch set unless a program already has an approved special. Hole patterns and saddle travel stay as on the released drawing for each SKU.
We are not stating monthly unit capacity or a list of new SKU suffixes in this article. Those numbers need confirmation against the current CNC and plating load before they appear in a quote. Buyers who sampled the 2024 preview should send the drawing revision they approved so sales can match the production part.
