Zunyi, Guizhou — RISINGGUITAR has completed its annual ISO 9001 audit at the factory for the 2025 cycle. The plant, founded in 1998, continues to manufacture OEM guitar, bass, mandolin, and banjo parts under a documented quality system used for shipments to Europe, North America, and Asia.
Two hundred sixty people work on site, including 36 technicians. Incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final QC remain the control points for tuner, bridge, pickup, and hardware lots. Batch identification stays on cartons and inspection records so OEM customers can trace a delivery back to the production week.
The audit covers the same campus processes buyers already specify in their quality agreements: machining, die-casting, stamping, electroplating, and packing. No change to approved drawings, gear-ratio options, or finish codes follows from this result. First-article and PPAP-style packages, where a program already requires them, continue on the existing templates.
We are not listing auditor names, certificate numbers, or a claimed defect-rate improvement in this article. Those details belong on the certificate file and in the quality pack sales issues on request.
